Content of this website
The content of this website is created with the greatest possible care. TimoCom Soft- und Hardware GmbH (hereinafter referred to as TimoCom) does not warrant that the information provided on this website is entirely correct and up to date in all cases. Use of the online content is at the user’s own risk. Contributions identified by name reflect the opinion of the author in question and not always TimoCom’s opinion.
TimoCom will endeavour to offer the online service as free from interruption as possible. But despite every care downtime cannot be ruled out. TimoCom reserves the right to change or suspend the offering at any time.
This website contains links to third-party websites ("external links").
Liability for these websites resides with the relevant operators. When first linking to these external sites, TimoCom checked the third-party content for any legal violations. At that point no legal violations were apparent. TimoCom has no influence over the current and future design and content of the linked pages. Creating external links does not mean that TimoCom is appropriating the content behind the reference or link. The provider cannot be expected to monitor these external links on an ongoing basis in the absence of specific evidence of legal violations. However, upon legal violations becoming known external links such as these will be deleted without delay.
The relevant author shall be responsible both for advertising content and the content of the website being promoted. Displaying the advert does not constitute endorsement by TimoCom.
No contractual relationship
With the exception of the obligatory acceptance of these conditions of use, the use of the TimoCom website shall not give rise to any contractual relationship between the user and TimoCom. This being so, no contractual or quasi contractual claims against TimoCom will be entertained.
The content and works published on this website are protected by copyright. Every instance of use not permitted under German copyright law requires the prior written consent of the relevant author or original artist. This applies in particular to the duplication, editing, translation, initial storage, processing or playback of content in databases or other electronic media and systems. Third party content and contributions are identified as such. The unauthorised duplication or dissemination of individual items of content or entire pages for business or commercial purposes is not permitted and is an indictable offence.
Links to the TimoCom website are welcome at all times and do not require the consent of the website provider. Displaying this website in third party websites will only be permitted with TimoCom’s consent.
(3) Data protection
Visiting the TimoCom website can result in the storage of access information (IP address, date, time, page viewed).
These data do not count as personal data but are anonymized. They are evaluated solely for statistical purposes and system security. They are not disclosed to third parties for commercial or non commercial purposes. Data are only divulged to state agencies if prescribed by law. Data can also be stored on the user’s computer, so-called “cookies”. They serve to simplify access for the user and to tailor TimoCom’s offering to the user’s interests. The user is however able to deactivate this function within his browser. In this case, however, there may be restrictions on the website's usability.
Personal data are used for contract handling and customer relationship maintenance where the user voluntarily enters these data on our website. Upon written enquiry the user can be informed which of his personal data (e.g. name, address) we are holding on him.
TimoCom expressly points out that data transmission via the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) is subject to security flaws and cannot be fully protected against third party access.
TimoCom employs technical and organisational security measures to protect the user's data that it is managing against manipulation, loss, destruction and access by unauthorised individuals. The security measures are constantly being improved in line with technological developments.
The use of the contact data on the provider’s qualifier - in particular the telephone and fax numbers and e-mail address - for business advertising is expressly not desired without TimoCom’s prior written consent or unless there is a pre-existing business relationship. TimoCom and all the named individuals on this website hereby object to any commercial use and dissemination of their data.
