TimoCom takes the issue of security seriously. Forwarders who wish to work with TC Truck&Cargo® or shippers who wish to work with TC eBid® have to meet certain requirements. For example, every new member is investigated prior to activation! Furthermore, only companies are permitted to use the programme that have been on the market for at least 6 months.

This way TimoCom customers are in good hands when it comes to security. In turn, they profit from the reputation as if having been awarded a quality seal. If, contrary to expectations, a critical situation should ever arise, the TimoCom security network takes effect in the form of its own debt collection service. In this event, legitimate outstanding accounts are pursued by the company's own lawyer and his team.

With a single click you can currently choose from 24 languages, so that every user can see the entries in the language of their choice.

TC Truck&Cargo® is currently available in the following languages: Bulgarian, Danish, German, English, Finnish, French, Greek, Italian, Croatian, Lithuanian, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Swedish, Slovak, Spanish, Czech, Turkish and Hungarian.

Debt collection

Our collection service is worth the money!

When customers do not settle their invoices, then not only is it unfair but also quickly threatens a company's existence. This is why our in-house collection department does everything to help those involved effectively.

If a critical situation should ever arise - despite our numerous security measures - the TimoCom safety net takes effect in the form of its own collection service. Any outstanding accounts are pursued by the company's own lawyer Alexander Oebel and his team.

Service has to be paid for

Use this professional service to collect any possible outstanding debts. Naturally our office is furnished with the required official authorisation.

In addition to the € 12.50 processing fee, in the case of success we raise a fee for our debt collection service concurrent with legal guidelines for such charges.
